While our bakery space is not yet open, we want to give you a sneak peek at what we'll be offering on a weekly basis. Below is a sample menu of our daily offerings, which will also offer some rotating, seasonal items.
Naturally-leavened with sourdough, made with all organic, locally-sourced grains.
The classic mild sourdough loaf made with mostly white flours for a soft and fluffy interior. Nice and crusty, too!
Made with 100% Whole Wheat, and full of delicious whole grain flavor. Soft on the inside, crusty on the top, and soft (yet sturdy!) sides for top-notch sandwiches and toasts.
A 50% blend of flavorful and nutritious whole grains, while still as soft and fluffy as a traditional focaccia loaf. Available in sea salt and rotating seasonal flavors.
This loaf features the ancient grain variety Kamut, supported with whole and white wheats, to create a delicious, all-purpose loaf - not to mention a bit of extra digestibility, and an excellent flavor.
A nutritious loaf that's LOADED with raisins and toasted walnuts. Made with 50% whole wheat, for that delicious whole grain flavor.
All organic, locally-sourced grains. Seasonal, locally-grown ingredients whenever possible.
Rich, buttery dough swirled with sugar and spices, baked in a honey-brown sugar goo, available with or without toasted pecans
